Series Technologies for Deep Treatment and Reuse of Heavy Metal Wastewater

Based on the grafting technology of bacterial metabolites and functional groups, the company has developed a series of water treatment agents (biological agent series) with a composite coordination system for deep purification of multiple metal ions such as lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, and zinc. Leveraging these agents, a series of new processes and equipment have been developed, enabling the synergistic and efficient purification of high-concentration multimetal ions, organic matter, and anionic contaminants.

This series of technologies has been included in several advanced technology lists, such as the National Catalog of Advanced Pollution Prevention and Control Demonstration Technologies. It addresses the limitation of traditional chemical agents that cannot simultaneously and deeply purify multiple metal ions and organic pollutants. The effluent after purification can meet various standard limits in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB3838-2002). The wastewater reuse rate has been increased from about 50% using the traditional lime neutralization method to over 95%.

Series of Technologies for Treatment and Resource Recovery of Smelting Waste Acid

For the waste acid generated during the purification process of non-ferrous smelting flue gas, a series of technologies and supporting equipment for the resource recovery treatment of waste acid have been developed, enabling the resource recovery of valuable elements and the harmless disposal of harmful elements in the waste acid wastewater.

The key technology for resource recovery treatment of multi-metal waste acid from smelting has won the Second Prize of National Award for Technological Invention, the First Prize of Science and Technology Award of China Nonferrous Metals Industry, and the China Patent Award, among others. The new process has made breakthroughs in industrial application challenges such as the enhanced gas-liquid sulfuration separation of multiple metals in waste acid, deep purification of high-concentration fluorine and chlorine, and acid concentration and reuse. It has innovatively formed a complete set of processes for resource recovery treatment of waste acid. Compared with traditional processes, it can reduce hazardous waste residues by over 90% and can be applied in industries such as chemicals, steel, machinery, and electroplating.

Series of Technologies for Treatment and Clean Utilization of Arsenic-Containing Solid Waste in Non-Ferrous Smelting

In response to problems such as the dispersion of arsenic pollution during the heavy metal smelting process and the difficulty in treating arsenic-containing hazardous waste, a series of technologies for the resource recovery treatment of arsenic-containing materials and the wet-process mineralization and detoxification treatment of arsenic-containing hazardous waste have been developed. Related technologies have been included in the“Technical Specifications for Stabilization Treatment of Arsenic Residue”(HJ1090-2020).

Ecological Environment Restoration Series Technology

This series of technologies can achieve the harmless treatment and soil functional restoration of multiple heavy metal composite contaminated soils, as well as the restoration of black and odorous water bodies caused by organic pollutants and the recovery of watershed ecological functions. It is applicable to the remediation of original sites with strong repair capability, high efficiency, low cost, minimal peripheral impact, no secondary pollution, strong operability, and convenient for engineering implementation.
